Dom's Oil Co. has been keeping homes on the North Shore of Boston warm since 1945.
The Studio developed a clean and modern product for a dirty and vintage business. The company is known for its personality, handwritten tickets, and weathered tools. The idea was to make a contemporary experience customers could reference, share, and trust without losing the grit of the job and the approachable personality behind it.
The function was designed to be an extension of the business. Since the business runs on phone calls, the experience was designed to enhance how it already operates, not add a new channels to manage. The site gives new and returning customers a place to learn, get a sense of who will bring the warmth to their space, and make the call.
